Over the past several years, Onitek has been recognised for numerous industry achievements including receipt of its first Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Excellence Brand Award in 2010. A string of other prestigious awards have also followed, including the SME Rising Star Awards 2011; SME Product Excellence Awards 2012; Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Excellence Product 2012 Award; Sin Chew Business Excellence Award 2013; SME Product Excellence Awards 2013; Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Excellence Service Quality 2014; Sin Chew Business Excellence Award 2014; Golden Eagle Award 2014; Sin Chew Business Product and Service Excellence Award 2015; Golden Eagle Award – Excellent Eagle 2015  as well as the Sme Product Excellence Award.

Before the end of 2014, the company is also slated to receive a new award from Eagle for effectiveness in sustainability. The Golden Eagle Award, acknowledged as Malaysia’s most respected business award, honours excellence, and recognises the vitality of small and medium enterprises. To be considered, a company must demonstrate its ability, and adaptability, to make efficient, economical changes to stay on course in a global business world. The three categories of eligibility include Eminent Eagles, Excellent Eagles and Emerging Eagles; of which Onitek will be listed among the Excellent Eagles.

The company has also achieved the international management quality standard – ISO 9001: 2008 – for its UKAS Management System, in addition to attaining Standard Malaysia, and the German safety TUV standard in 2013. The high quality of the company’s Artistically Decorative Poly Glass Panels, and aluminum home products, are charting the way for Onitek to become the overall industry leader.

It is meaningful to us for achieving ISO 9001:2008. GREENLABEL SINGAPORE

The Green Label certification (043-083-2018) is a scheme that awards environment-friendly products. This helps consumers identify them when making purchasing decisions. This scheme is administered by Singapore Environmental Council (SEC). The Green Label Certification attests to Onitek’s pro-environment approach in product design and manu-facturing.

TUV CERTIFICATION

Synonymous with ideas for home, Onitek is a household name and trusted brand for aluminum products. It is well recognised in Malaysia for developing the first highly durable, bi-fold door roller system that can be easily replaced. Onitek is so confident about quality that it offers a 40 year product warranty, and subjects its doors to PSB Endurance Tests that include 200,000 cycles of opening and closing, at a rate of five cycles per minute. Onitek has attained ‘Passed Certification’ from PSB TUV SUD, one of the world’s most renowned testing agencies. All of the door components, including the suspended roller, remained intact and had no visual damage.
