Laminate Processes
Scratch Durable Film
Scratch durable film creates a reliable and durable layer of protection on the surface. It saves the panels from scratches any cuts or scrapes from sharp objects.
Decoration Paper
Decoration paper laminates in between the durable scratch film and high-impact polycarbonate sheet. It designs a 3D effect and gives the entire graphics a realistic and more prominent look with the decoration paper’s lines.
HighDensity Polycarbonate Sheet
This sheet is known for its elasticity and ability to withstand the harsh treatment of the environment. It creates resistance for the scratches and abrasions. Its most significant advantage is the protection and support of the decoration paper. Since it has high-density, not even the hammer can cause any cracks or breaks into it.
High Pressure Laminate
High-pressure lamination is a one-step process for the production of Omix panels. It includes the lamination and blending of scratch durable film, decoration paper, and highly dense polycarbonate sheet together under extreme heat and pressure. Due to which, the substrate’s physical functionality increases and the aesthetic appeal of the panel enhances.
